One of the services Stellar Event offers is Day-Of Wedding Coordination. The latest wedding I worked on was Melanie's stunning wedding at Time Supper Club.
While we plan events from the beginning all the way to the end, we are also available to come in the planning process towards the final stages of planning. Melanie was referred to me by a mutual friend, a lovely woman whom I had the pleasure of becoming friends with.
When you call me to do a day-of coordination, I meet with you immediately, whether a month before, or 2 weeks before... even months before... and we review all your vendors and I make myself the middle person whom the suppliers go to.
During the final stages of wedding planning, there are enough little details that you have to take care of to prep for the big day. We come to the rescue by dealing with your vendors so you can have the most stress free prep days as possible.
We are at the venue from the very start of the set-up and ensure that all your plans for decor and set-up are executed, while making sure everything is timely and meticulous.
I am the go-to person for your family and all your suppliers. We prepare a wedding itinerary and make sure the entire day runs smoothly and that everyone is on the same page and knows what they are supposed to be doing and where they are supposed to be at all times.
The gorgeous bride that I worked with most recently had chosen Time Supper Club to have her entire wedding from cocktails to ceremony to dinner & dance. I met with her a month before. We visited Time Supper Club and prepared a room layout to ensure enough dancing space, as she and her new hubby are amazingly fun party people. We had great talks, friendly emails and I really enjoyed going over to her place and meeting the family before so we would all be familiar on the day-of.
Melanie chose great suppliers and I was so happy to work with these amazing people again, whom I have worked with many, many times before.
Kippa Table below featured the same colors that we used for the room. The room shimmered in purples and blues and Melanie had this gorgeous fabric that I asked Robert Pettigrew's assistants to lay out for me. I arranged the stunning boxes that the bride bought for the kippas, upon clear plexi-glass risers. Cards were arranged neatly in alphabetical order for guests to quickly grab their place cards. Robert's beautiful floral arrangement completed the entire look.
Time is such a beautiful venue. It is fun, elegant and feels like a great night out, and not like a common wedding reception in a hall. It is a great venue if you are looking to save money and to be at a one-stop shop. No rental needs, caterers provided, bar onsite and attractive & professional staff. Vanessa, the events coordinator at Time was just lovely and thanks to her great organization and experience made the experience and day so seamless and pleasant. Always on the ball and always there for me and provided me with everything I would ask for.
Time offers the banquets on the side wall, round tables for groups of 10-11 and square tables to make any table combo you need. Vanessa also offered use of elegant white chair covers, amazing table numbers in a clean white frame, the use of a screen that was fabulously displayed in a stunning large frame and many extras to make the day just perfect. Table cloths are there, chairs are there and the little things that you don't think of are also there for you!
Robert Pettigrew, as I mentioned is the artistic genius when it comes to floral creations.
Each design is unique and specially created for the client. He used all the right flowers to tie it in with the theme of purple and blue. I have worked with Robert in the past for years and he has always been one of my favourite wedding vendors, not only for his truly special work, but because of the caring and kind human being he is. So professional and so warm. Always making sure each event is new and memorable to the client.
Chandeliers provide an intimate setting and beautiful glow. Time's in-house lighting is offered to clients, saving a cost for ambient lighting. Colors may be switched throughout the night and you can choose your colors for your event.
I would be happy to work here again and highly recommend this venue for weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, corporate events and any other special event in your life!
